I-75 pileup a 'horrific scene'

Fast-appearing snow squalls snarled roadways across Monroe County and southeastern Michigan Saturday morning and early afternoon, causing dozens of accidents, injuring more than 20 people and closing both I-75 and US-23 at the same time.
