A 4-year-old girl was bitten Saturday near Country and Gay Sts. in Milan. The victim and her mother were walking along the sidewalk near the Milan Post Office around 11:30 a.m. when a large “pit bull-like” black dog with a white chest and white fur on its front paws approached the pair and bit the little girl, according to Milan Police Department.
